September 22, 2024. Newsletter 1.1

Hey friends,

Today's newsletter will explore a bit about Energy and a few things I've been reading within this theme. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and hope you enjoy the read. 😄 ☕️

I've been writing off and on about Energy on my Instagram and reference it often on YouTube in my meditations. This is Part One of a series on Energy. In this part we will just lay some foundations around concepts of energy and try and connect dots between Physics, Spirituality, Pyramids, Tesla and maybe more!

How would I define energy? Energy is a concept that transcends both spiritual and scientific worlds, often intertwining in ways that are both profound and spectacular!

Scientifically speaking In the scientific world, energy is defined as the capacity to do work. It can exist in various forms, such as:

Kinetic energy: The energy of motion.
Potential energy: Stored energy due to position or configuration.
Thermal energy: The energy associated with the movement of atoms and molecules.
Electrical energy: The energy associated with the flow of electric charge.
Chemical energy: The energy stored in chemical bonds.
Nuclear energy: The energy released during nuclear reactions.

The law of conservation of energy states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed from one form to another. This principle is fundamental to our understanding of the physical universe.  Albert Einstein talks about energy, frequency in so many ways, which form the fundamentals to manifestation and even quantum jumping.

Spiritually speaking, in many traditions, energy is seen as a vital force that permeates all existence. It is often associated with life, consciousness, and the interconnectedness of all things.

Vital force: Some traditions believe that a universal life force or vital energy animates all living beings.
Prana or Qi: In Eastern philosophies like Hinduism, Buddhism, and Taoism, this life force is known as prana or qi which is also the basis for Reiki.
Aura: Many spiritual practices believe that individuals have an energy field or aura that surrounds and influences them.
Spiritual energy: Some people believe that it's possible to harness spiritual energy for healing, personal growth, or spiritual development.

A few other aspects of energy, which are fascinating to me...Just to explore a bit on how I have seen these two worlds collide and me getting more and more into science lately!

Nikola Tesla and Energy: Nikola Tesla was a pioneer in harnessing and understanding electrical energy. He believed that energy was the foundation of the universe and famously said, "If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration." Tesla's inventions, such as the alternating current motor, transformed how we use and distribute energy, showcasing the importance of harnessing natural forces.

Tesla believed that the numbers 3, 6, and 9 held a special mathematical relationship that could unlock the secrets of the universe. He saw these numbers as representing fundamental patterns or vibrations that underpin the fabric of reality. According to Tesla, the number 3 was the primary number, and 6 and 9 were derived from it.

How does this relate to energy?
Tesla believed that energy is a fundamental force that permeates everything in the universe. He saw the numbers 3, 6, and 9 as representing different vibrational frequencies of this energy. By understanding and harnessing these frequencies, Tesla believed it was possible to tap into infinite sources of energy and create revolutionary technologies.

Now let's shift gears a bit and see a correlation between the Pyramids and Energy and even Leonardo da Vinci.

Leonardo da Vinci and the Great Pyramids of Giza are two iconic symbols of human ingenuity and curiosity. While separated by centuries, they share a fascinating connection through the concept of energy.

Da Vinci's fascination with energy is evident in his work. As a polymath, he explored various fields, including physics, engineering, and architecture. His studies led him to investigate the mechanics of motion, the power of water, and the potential of natural forces. This interest in energy aligns with the ancient Egyptians' understanding of the power of the sun and the Nile River, which were central to their civilization.

The Pyramids of Giza are believed to have been constructed as tombs for the pharaohs, but they also serve as impressive feats of engineering. The precise alignment of the pyramids with the celestial bodies, particularly the constellation of Orion, has led to speculation about their astronomical significance. Some believe that the pyramids were designed to harness and channel cosmic energy.

One of the more controversial theories about the Great Pyramids of Giza involves the idea that they contain a hidden code or message. This theory often links the pyramids to the Renaissance polymath Leonardo da Vinci. Proponents of this theory argue that Da Vinci may have had secret knowledge or access to ancient Egyptian texts that revealed the hidden code within the pyramids. They suggest that Da Vinci incorporated this knowledge into his own work, leaving clues or symbols that point to the pyramid's secrets.

Some specific claims include:

  • The Golden Ratio: Da Vinci was known for his use of the Golden Ratio, a mathematical proportion found in nature and art. Some theorists believe that the dimensions of the pyramids are based on this ratio, indicating a hidden code.
  • Astronomical Alignments: The pyramids are precisely aligned with celestial bodies, particularly the constellation of Orion. This alignment, combined with Da Vinci's interest in astronomy, has led to speculation that he may have understood the pyramids' astronomical significance.
  • Hidden Chambers: Some believe that the pyramids contain hidden chambers or passageways that hold clues to the hidden code. They suggest that Da Vinci may have had knowledge of these secret areas, perhaps through ancient texts or personal exploration.

Fascinating, isn't it? When I watched a few documentaries on this, my mind was blown 🤯

Ok, now let's explore one more facet. Did you know that Earth has Energy Centers too? Just like the Chakra system, which we explore so much during meditations and yoga.

The Earth's Chakras

The Earth's energy centers, often referred to as power points or vortexes, are believed to be specific locations on the planet where the Earth's energy is concentrated and amplified. These points are thought to have a profound influence on the surrounding environment and the people who visit them. Some believe that these energy centers correspond to the human body's chakra system, which is a set of seven energy centers located along the spine. It is suggested that visiting and connecting with these Earth energy centers can help to balance and harmonize our own chakras, leading to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

It's one of my goals to visit all the energy centers :) So far, I've only been to the Stonehenge. I will end this newsletter here, with a few more resources for you to continue reading. As promised, this is part one, I want to share so much more! Thanks for making it so far. Did you find any of this interesting, please comment or write to me.

Me at the Summer Solstice Sunrise at Stonehenge earlier this year. We camped from 2am enjoying a lot of fun festivities & watched some Pagan traditions till the sunrise. Quick tip: It's not "summer" during the solstice. It was freezing. 🥶
